- second (middle) finger on string 5 – fret 2
- third (ring) finger on string 4 – fret 2
- fourth (pinky) finger on string 2 – fret 3
This chord has a different sound and can be used as a variation of the main E chord position with the fourth finger pressing the string 2 on fret 3.
